La Petite Maison de Nicole
The latest to join gourmet restaurants in Cannes: la Petite Maison, the famous Nice restaurant which has become the reference for Southern cuisine over the last 20 years, opens at the Hôtel Majestic Barrière in April 2010.
The restaurant
La Petite Maison de Nicole offers the same Nice and Mediterranean specialties as the main La Petite Maison restaurant. One can enjoy light squash flower fritters, delicious little stuffed vegetables, Brittany artichokes, scrambled truffles, local rock mullets gudgeons, Mediterranean lobster or calamaretti fritti.
Recipes full of sunshine and exquisit flavours to remind us that international Cannes is first and foremost a girl from down south.
