When Nicole Ruby opened her restaurant twenty years ago at the entrance to Old Nice, no-one could have imagined then that her restaurant's reputation would go around the world.
From Nice to London…
This is due to the simple magic of an enthusiastic grapevine, fresh and flavoursome dishes, a strictly run kitchen, the warm service and settings. Over the years, the Nice restaurant has attracted a unique clientele which has seen Nicole's Petite Maison grow. The restaurant exists in Nice of course, and also since 2007 in London near New Bond Street.
And it is surely not by chance that recently Nicolas Sarkozy invited his Russian counterpart, Andrei Medvedev for a historical and gourmet dinner there the evening following an international summit held in Nice…
