Located at Pont l’Evêque, near Deauville, Barriere Event Solutions catering is a high-capacity caterer operating throughout the group’s locations. Combining efficiency with high quality food, Barriere Event Solutions catering has just designed a new collection of high-end business menus.
Producing foie gras for 6,000 people, preparing 1,200 ready-to-bake twelfth-night cakes, organising a “lobster evening” for 10,000 covers… Barrière Event Solutions catering is much more than just a supplier of bought-in food. Set up in 2005, this ‘new generation’ catering business has unique production facilities located in a 6,000 sq metre building that is perfectly in compliance with the latest health and safety standards. Originally designed to boost production and improve the quality of Barriere catering in Normandy, Barriere Event Solutions catering, which employs over 40 people, rapidly saw its activity spread to the group’s other sites. It produces the menus for the casino Cabaret evenings in Lille, Toulouse, Nice and so on…
Highly reactive, capable of creating tailored menus with a practically unlimited capacity, Barrière Event Solutions catering also offers a refined and varied collection of business meals, recently revised by award-winning Chef Christophe Pacheco and pastry-master Pierre-Antoine Bayle. Made up of well-balanced, light menus, they are ideal for conferences and corporate events. Fresh, top quality produce is essential to ensure that our services become more and more refined.
